Mr. Stearns,

I am the fellow with the 2004 CRV that had a sticky window.  Your advice to
spray silicon lubricant in the tracks appears to have worked!!  That window has
been giving me trouble for the better part of a year and other companies wanted
to charge me $80 to $100 to repair!  Having lost my full-time job in November
2007 and still only working part-time, your Free alternative is just what I
needed.  The world needs more honest folks like you!
